Before the purchase

Individual configuration

You already have a pond or other accessories, such as a pond pump? We will gladly configure your Inazuma drum filter to match your accessories with e.g. corresponding fittings and reducers. Please send us pictures of the existing installation or your pond pump in advance.

Before installing your Inazuma drum filter

Take your time and read the operating instructions of your drum filter carefully and completely. This will help prevent installation errors and ensure the proper functioning of your drum filter.

During the installation of your Inazuma drum filter

Water does not flow uphill, but you know that. Should something be unclear in one step of the installation, our technical team is happy to help you over the phone, just call! Please have the serial number of your drum filter ready.

After the purchase

If there is any problem, we will give you advice and support. In general, most problems can be located and solved by phone.

Maintenance and care of your Inazuma drum filter

With an Inazuma drum filter, you have more time for the beautiful things in life. Our systems are designed for a low-maintenance operation, but without a little care, it does not work. Take 5 minutes once a week, check the optical state of the system and take a look into the gutter and inside the drum and wait for a rinse. By and by, you will get to know your filter and notice already during the flushing process based on the operating noise if everything is OK.

It is rare, but in the event of a defect in a part, we can provide you with spare parts, which we ship immediately, so you get them as fast as possible.
