Prevents the escape of filter material (biomedia) through the returns, or the suction of filter material in an externally mounted pond pump.

The intake pipe set consisting of 2 arches, connected to a plastic grid tube, is attached to the inside of the return lines.

Recommended for all biocompact models installed as a "pumped version" - or for a gravity system, if you place the pond pump outside the filter.
